What are the advantages of becoming an Irish Resident?Being an Irish citizen has numerous advantages, not the least of which is the ability to stay on the Emerald Isle eternally. You can also apply for an Irish passport, travel freely throughout the European Union, and vote in Irish elections. Let us look at more benefits of why you should buy Irish citizenship
ESSENTIAL RIGHTS
The Irish Constitution guarantees you certain essential rights when you become an Irish citizen. These are numerous and diverse, but they all aim to safeguard you, your family, and your freedom. These rights include the following:
● Equality in the eyes of the law
● The right to life is fundamental.
● Personal freedom
● Expression freedom
● Religious liberty
● In Ireland, you have the freedom to travel.
● Privacy is a fundamental right.
● Rights of the family
These essential rights are simple to take for granted, yet they are not guaranteed in every country. People are persecuted and oppressed all over the world, whether as a result of their attempts to speak out against a regime or as a result of their religious beliefs.
The Irish Constitution guarantees you the right to travel freely, to express yourself freely, to be treated equally before the law, and to practice your religion freely. As a result, Ireland is a safe place to live, work, and raise a family.
IN IRELAND, LIVE, WORK, STUDY, AND TRAVEL
Although non-citizens are permitted to live, work, study, and travel in Ireland, their capacity to do so is always limited by their visa restrictions. This can make it difficult to establish roots and achieve your goals. As an Irish citizen, you are exempt from these restrictions. You can buy a home with the assurance that you will be able to stay in Ireland indefinitely. You can apply for jobs with the assurance that your visa won't expire. You can visit wherever you wish to on the island.
EDUCATION IS PROVIDED FOR FREE
All children resident in Ireland, whether or not they are citizens, are entitled to free primary as well as secondary school education. However, unless you qualify for the Free Fees Initiative, higher education is not free.
VOTE IN IRELAND'S ELECTION
Irish people can vote in European and domestic elections, such as general elections or local elections as well as presidential elections, and referendums. This right does not apply to all Irish citizens. Non-EU nationals, for example, can only vote in municipal elections.
You get the complete set of voting rights when you become an Irish citizen. You will be able to use your democratic rights and have a say in how the country is run as a result of this. If you have made Ireland your home, this is crucial.
BE SELECTED FOR OFFICERS IN THE OFFICE
Irish citizens in Ireland and the European Union, can also run for office in government. Non-Irish nationals are excluded from this opportunity.
OUTSIDE OF IRELAND DIPLOMATIC SUPPORT
If you travel overseas as an Irish citizen, you will benefit from the diplomatic assistance of Irish embassies and consulates around the world. If you have problems when travelling or living abroad, they can help you with guidance, aid, and protection.
CERTIFY YOUR CHILDREN'S IRISH CITIZENSHIP
If you are an Irish citizen of Ireland at the time of his or her birth. In some situations, such as if your child was born in Ireland and has one parent who is an Irish citizen, this information is immediately passed on. It is also possible to obtain citizenship. If one parent is a citizen of Ireland but the kid was born outside of Ireland, this will be required.
These are some of the basic benefits one would get if they are buying Irish citizenship.
