起家雞粉絲很多,那我順便補充,之前去採訪過他們雞肉的生產工廠。起家雞用的雞肉,在電宰之後,不是一般的水冷式,而是比照歐盟以及韓國規格的氣冷式,所以比較沒有那種泡在血水中的腥味,組織間含的水分也比較充足,造就起家雞比別人好吃的秘密(工廠就在台中港~)
